Just did my first shift with them today!! When I need a few questions answered,I was able to get help in text and then received a call. They are very reachable. And pay was more than dependable sooner than expected. I look forward to working more with them!! I have worked for an agency as a second job since 2020, this by far is much better. No waiting 2 weeks for pay, it's instant (within 24hrs)!! And I choose when and where I work!! Thank you Gale!!

I clocked out at 2 pm yesterday. I live a hour away from the facility and I did not receive my pay until midnight last night. I was trying to get someone on the phones from 3pm yesterday to 9pm last night. I emailed the 3 of the branch managers and none of them responded. I just waited to see if I would be paid. I’m glad I didn’t have an urgent emergency and expected my money right after my shift like they claim we get. Probably won’t pick up anymore shifts.

l've worked internally at Gale for a year from 2021-2022. Though I've enjoyed some aspects of the job (working remote, & pto) the company itself is a complete mess. I couldn't believe how unorganized a corporate organization could be until I started working here. I can't even begin to explain the complete and utter mess Gale is, and I truly feel for the clinicians who have to work for them. The negative reviews you see from Clinicians are 100% correct. Gale just doesn’t have enough facilities to provide work for clinicians. I'm also very often updated with what's going on internally, & I'm not one bit surprised to know they've been mass firing internally since I've left. Hundreds of people have been fired just in this year alone— this company provides no job security whatsoever. So to the clinicians or even individuals who are thinking of working at / for Gale: Don’t. Turn around and flee from this place. There aren’t enough “positive” news coverages that can cover up the fact that Gale is actually crumbling. They don’t have enough facilities to provide work for you, they don’t have the proper resources to help you succeed, and quite frankly most don’t care to give you quality support. This company only sees you as a number behind a dollar sign. You’re just a “money-making” task. (Words I’ve heard with my own ears by leaders when I worked there!) There are other AMAZING agencies that would love to have you & treat you so much better than Gale can. Just look at reviews on Glass door, you will see just what type of company Gale truly is.

Have worked with Gale Healthcare Solutions for five years. The first three years were great ,friendly recruiters, willing to help you find shifts available if I couldn’t see it in the app. they would find it for me and there were less cancellations and would call and tell you the shift is canceled. Now it’s the opposite, since the new administration and recruiters staff took over it has been chaos with facilities and staff recruiters. They let the facilities do me any kind of way by frequently canceling each shift I was assigned for to work , but when I have to cancel a shift for car problems or emergencies it’s a “big deal.” I get punished on Christmas Day, which is no big deal to Gale healthcare Solutions. All they care about is a pay check and the “higher ups”not their CNA staff members. I wish you all the best of luck and Merry Christmas Gale Healthcare Solutions!

Make sure you take extra care in documentation. Time slips pictures of the time clock screen shots of your location . Pictures of the amount they said they would pay you I have worked 2 shifts with this company and both times it has been a multiple step process to complete they pay process. Also only pick up shifts in the app as they are because I have heard from others that they will not pay you even if the facility ask to stay for an adjusted time . Overall working for an agency is typically the same however GALE is Very persnickety. * Update Gale thank you for your response . I agree on verification process however it is much more difficult then your competors for both the worker and the faciltiy. I have been paid through your company for both shifts . I will review the company after addtional shifts are compleeted
